Animal feed additive enzyme Nutrizyme SFW-036 for soy meal or fish meal substitutes

Introduction

Nutrizyme® SFW-036 is complex enzymes for complex grains pellets. Due to the shortage and high cost of conventional protein material like soy meal and fish meal etc, to look for new protein alternative  has become the very urgent problem. The best way is probably to add complex grains pellets into conventional daily feedstuff, but there are too many anti-nutritional factors in complex grains pellets, especially the high content non-starch polysaccharide substances. The mono-gastric animals don't produce the enzymes that break down the non-starch polysaccharides, which causes low utilization rate of feedstuff and affect production performance of poultry. To solve this problem, Sunson has developed a complex enzymes for complex grains pellets. it has been proven in series of feeding trials that this product could improve effectively the utilization rate of nutritional components like protein, starch, non-starch polysaccharides, etc. This product has been widely used in many feed companies.

Action Mechanism:

There were many anti-nutrition factors in complex grains pellets, especially for high content non-starch polysaccharides material. Those resisted nutrition factors which wrapped plentiful nutrition are difficult to be digested by the poultry and they make the content in intestine thick, which can cause the animal indigestion, discharging thick dropping, hypo genesis etc.. The simple stomach poultry couldn’t produce the enzyme that could break down the non-starch polysaccharides material, so if we add complex enzymes such as β-glucanase, xylanase, cellulose etc. into the feedstuff ,the complex enzymes could break down the resisted nutrition factors so as to release the nutrient, reduce the viscosity of chime, which can make the nutrient fully absorbed, decrease the bacterial substrate in the ileum, control reproduction of the harmful animalcule, prevent diarrhea. As for the poultry with poor endogenous enzymes, adding exogenous enzymes could make the nutrient fully absorbed. It has been testified that adding complex enzymes into the feedstuff can improve the utilization efficiency of feedstuff, enhance production performance of poultry.
Thus, for the sake of improving feedstuff usage and enhance animal productive capacity, it is always necessary to add Sunson Complex Enzyme in the daily feedstuff.

Application Effect:

 Usage:

Dosage：When the amount of mixed dregs in daily ration is lower than 12%, mixed grain is lower than 30%, the additive amount of this product is 150g/t full price feed; when the amount of mixed dregs in daily ration higher than 12% and mixed grain higher than 30%, the additive amount of this product increases 5g per 1% increased. But propositional mixed dregs in daily ration in small pigs/young chickens is no more than 12%, the mixed grain is no more than 20%; in medium & big pigs/poultry, the mixed dregs is no more than 20%,mixed grain is no more than 50%.
The product should be mixed with feedstuff sufficiently. It will be better to mix the product with a little amount of feedstuff first then put it into a great amount feedstuff. Feed directly. The following methods should be used depending on the different situations.
1. Direct put-in: to put in directly on the base of the original formula, additive amount is 150g/t full price feed.
2. Adjusted formula: Through adjusting the raw materials or reducing the nutrition density in the original formula, makes the
cost of enzyme formula lower than the original formula, and to achieve or surpass the effect of the original formula , suggested reduces the nutrition density by 3 ~ 5%.
1) Regarding the high protein or the feed digestion rate higher daily ration, after adding Sunson Enzymes, the formula should be made the appropriate readjustment: Should separately reduce the visible digestion by 2~3% in the small pig/medium pig/big pig feed; should separately reduce the visible metabolism by 2~3% in the young chicken/medium chicken/big chicken/layer; In the amino acid satisfied situation, the protein may decline by 1.5~2%.
2) Design daily diet formulation according to the way to enhance nutritional value of feedstuff materials by enzymes.

Any direct contact with membrane of nose or skin should be avoided, if not, rinse with clean water immediately.
